Welcome to the Yale Baseball Academy.

The Yale Baseball / Softball Academy specializes in high performance training and elite skill development of athletes during school hours. We operate out of Yale Secondary School as well as the Abbotsford Recreation Centre, and Ag-Rec complex.

Students receive full credit for their training:(P.E. 9,10, and 11 as well as Strength & Conditioning 9,10, and 11)

All of our students train with Powerzone Academy whose instructors are nationally and internationally recognized for their baseball and softball expertise and their training enables them to share their knowledge and skills with students.

The Yale Baseball / Softball Academy operates from September 1st to Jan 20th. We engage in 72 training days that are approx 2 hours in length.

The dryland program focuses primarily on core training and plyometrics. All Sport Academy Students are taken through extensive plyometric training, SAQ sessions (Speed, Agility, Quickness) as well as valuable classroom sessions that focus on sports nutrition, sport psychology, and sport injury management.

Cost for the program is $1800 which can be financed over the school year. We do offer a sibling discount for players who have brothers and sisters in the program.
