Facilities
Our program specializes in high performance training and elite skill development of athletes during school hours. This program provides the best coaching, training, and facilities in BC. We operate out of beautiful Delair Park in Abbotsford, BC as well as our 10,000 square foot Abbotsford Recreation Centre and Abbotsford Show Barn. Our goal at Yale Secondary is to promote academic and athletic excellence. We are open to all players of all abilities; however, we recommend 4 years of playing experience under BC Minor, Little League, or the BC Premier Baseball League.
Fitness
The dryland program focuses primarily on core training and plyometrics. All Sport Academy Students are taken through extensive plyometric training, SAQ sessions (Speed, Agility, Quickness) and weight training.
Dates and Cost
The Yale Baseball academy operates from September 1st to January 20th. We engage in approx. 72 training sessions, which are approximately 2 hours in length. They will train either on field or in the classroom from Monday to Thursday and have their baseball specific dry land training each Friday. The cost of the program is $1,965.00, which can be financed over the school year. This can be financed by pre-authorized payments or by post-dated cheques.
